Who are we looking for?

We're seeking a forward-thinking and deeply technical Senior Vice President (SVP) of Technology – Artificial Intelligence to lead our AI product and engineering strategy. As a senior executive, you will drive the vision, development, and execution of scalable AI systems that power our core offerings. Your leadership will ensure innovation, technical excellence, and operational efficiency across our AI initiatives—from product architecture to deployment.

Responsibilities

Define and execute the AI technology strategy in alignment with business objectives and product vision.
Lead architecture and development of AI-driven features including chatbots, voice bots, LLMs, recommendation engines, and intelligent automation.
Build and scale a world-class AI and engineering team; foster a high-performance culture of ownership, experimentation, and agility.
Ensure secure, scalable, and efficient AI systems, APIs, and infrastructure.
Guide MLOps practices, model lifecycle management, and production deployment across cloud platforms.
Evaluate and implement third-party AI platforms, open-source frameworks, and advanced research methods.
Drive ethical AI usage, data governance, and compliance with emerging global standards.
Collaborate cross-functionally with product, sales, and marketing teams to shape technical roadmaps and deliver value.
Represent the company's technology vision in strategic discussions with stakeholders, investors, and partners.

Qualifications & Attributes

15+ years in technology leadership, with at least 5 years driving AI/ML strategy and execution at scale.
Deep expertise in AI/ML systems, including natural language processing (NLP), computer vision, generative AI, and model deployment.
Proven track record in building and scaling AI products in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
Strong understanding of cloud-native architectures (AWS, GCP, Azure) and MLOps pipelines.
Hands-on experience with AI frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face) and data platforms.
Exceptional communication and leadership skills with the ability to align technical and non-technical teams.
Passion for applying AI to solve real-world problems and deliver business impact.

Working Hours

Flexible, with at least 4 hours overlap between 8:30 AM – 1:30 PM EST (6:00 PM – 11:00 PM IST). We encourage asynchronous productivity with regular syncs.

Compensation

Equity-based or commission-based (until profitability); transitioning to a competitive salary based on industry standard.
