Who are we looking for?

We are seeking a data-driven and results-oriented Performance Marketer to lead our growth campaigns. You will manage and optimize paid media initiatives to drive user acquisition, boost engagement, and maximize return on ad spend (ROAS).

Responsibilities

Plan, execute, and optimise paid campaigns across platforms including Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, and more.
Monitor and report on campaign performance metrics such as CTR, CPL, CPA, and ROAS.
Conduct A/B testing of creatives, audiences, and landing pages to continually improve outcomes.
Collaborate with design and content teams to create compelling ad creatives.
Implement tools and automation for campaign efficiency and scalability.
Stay ahead of digital marketing trends and incorporate industry best practices.
Align paid media strategies with product launches, brand milestones, and seasonal promotions.

Qualifications & Attributes

3 to 10+ years of experience in performance marketing, preferably in a tech or SaaS environment.
Strong command of advertising platforms (Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads) and analytics tools (GA4, Hotjar, etc.).
Proven track record of driving measurable growth through paid campaigns.
Excellent analytical skills and experience with attribution modeling and conversion tracking.
Creative and strategic thinker with a strong bias toward experimentation and optimization.
Self-starter who thrives in fast-paced, early-stage environments.
Passion for AI, innovation, and startups.

Working Hours

Flexible, with at least 4 hours overlap between 8:30 AM – 1:30 PM EST (6:00 PM – 11:00 PM IST). We encourage asynchronous productivity with regular syncs.

Compensation

Equity-based or commission-based (until profitability); transitioning to a competitive salary based on industry standard.
