Who are we looking for?

As a Project Manager, you will take ownership of project planning, coordination, and execution across teams. You'll ensure that projects align with our strategic goals and are delivered on time and to the highest quality standards.

Working Hours

Flexible, with at least 4 hours overlap between 8:30 AM – 1:30 PM EST (6:00 PM – 11:00 PM IST)

Compensation

Equity-based or commission-based (until profitability); transitioning to a competitive salary

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, manage, and execute comprehensive project plans to meet strategic objectives.
• Coordinate between developers, marketers, strategists, and leadership to ensure alignment and clarity.
• Identify risks, anticipate roadblocks, and propose process improvements to ensure smooth execution.
• Implement Agile methodologies and project management best practices.
• Track key performance metrics and report progress to stakeholders regularly.
• Foster clear communication and maintain strong collaboration across all departments.

Qualifications & Attributes

• Proven experience in project management, preferably within AI, SaaS, or high-growth tech startups.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple complex projects.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana).
• Excellent communication and leadership skills for driving collaboration and accountability.
• A proactive mindset and adaptability to work in fast-paced, evolving environments.
