Who are we looking for?

We are seeking a Hands-on Product Manager to define the roadmap and lead execution for our AI-powered support products. You will work cross-functionally with engineers, designers, and business leaders to build world-class, scalable solutions.

Responsibilities

Product Strategy & Vision – Define and align the product roadmap with long-term business goals.
Feature Development – Lead the end-to-end execution of product features, from ideation to launch.
Market Research – Conduct deep customer research and competitive analysis to guide prioritization.
Data-Driven Decision Making – Use metrics, feedback, and insights to iterate and improve products.
Stakeholder Collaboration – Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth delivery and adoption.

Qualifications & Attributes

4+ years of experience in product management, preferably within AI, SaaS, or tech startups.
Strong technical understanding of AI, NLP, and automation technologies.
Proficiency in Agile workflows, sprint planning, and roadmap ownership.
Ability to navigate strategy and roll up sleeves for hands-on execution.

Working Hours

Flexible, with at least 4 hours overlap between 8:30 AM – 1:30 PM EST (6:00 PM – 11:00 PM IST). We encourage asynchronous productivity with regular syncs.

Compensation

Equity-based or commission-based (until profitability); transitioning to a competitive salary based on industry standard.
