Who are we looking for?

We are seeking a hands-on Fundraising Manager to lead investor outreach, manage funding campaigns, and secure capital for TruBot AI's growth. This strategic role involves working closely with leadership and investors to align financial planning with long-term business success.

Responsibilities

Investor Outreach – Identify and build relationships with potential investors, including VC firms, angels, and funding institutions.
Fundraising Strategy – Develop and execute impactful fundraising campaigns tailored to our growth stage.
Pitch Decks & Proposals – Create compelling investor presentations, proposals, and financial models.
Partnership Development – Build strategic partnerships and strengthen investor networks.
Financial Planning – Align capital-raising efforts with long-term business goals and expansion strategy.

Qualifications & Attributes

3+ years of experience in fundraising, investor relations, or business development.
Proven track record of raising capital for startups or technology-driven ventures.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Strong understanding of AI and emerging tech landscapes, trends, and investor expectations.

Working Hours

Flexible, with at least 4 hours overlap between 8:30 AM – 1:30 PM EST (6:00 PM – 11:00 PM IST). We encourage asynchronous productivity with regular syncs.

Compensation

Equity-based or commission-based (until profitability); transitioning to a competitive salary based on industry standard.
