Who are we looking for?
We are an early-stage software startup building an AI solutions ecosystem. Half of our sales will come through indirect channels and partnerships, making this role critical to our growth. We're looking for a Channel & Partner Sales Manager who can roll up their sleeves to recruit, enable, and directly manage relationships with our partners while laying the foundation for a scalable partner program.

Responsibilities
- Partner Recruitment – Identify, qualify, and onboard new channel and reseller partners.
- Enablement – Deliver sales training, playbooks, and support to ensure partners can effectively position and sell our solution.
- Day-to-Day Relationship Management – Serve as the first point of contact for partners, helping with deal support, pricing, contracts, and problem-solving.
- Pipeline Building – Work closely with partners to identify opportunities, co-sell, and jointly pursue new business.
- Program Foundations – Collaborate with leadership to define partner tiers, incentives, and sales processes that can scale.
- Feedback Loop – Gather partner and customer feedback to inform product, marketing, and sales strategy.
- Reporting – Track KPIs such as partner engagement, deal registrations, and revenue contribution.
Qualifications & Attributes
- 5–8+ years in channel sales, partnerships, or business development at a B2B software or SaaS company.
- Hands-on experience working directly with resellers, distributors, MSPs, or referral partners.
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong partner relationships that result in revenue growth.
- Comfortable operating in a startup environment — wearing multiple hats and building processes as you go.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to influence at both partner field and leadership levels.
- Highly organized, proactive, and accountable for results.

Working Hours
Flexible, with at least 4 hours overlap between 8:30 AM – 1:30 PM EST (6:00 PM – 11:00 PM IST). We encourage asynchronous productivity with regular syncs.
