• Manage daily accounting operations, including accounts payable and receivable.
• Oversee payroll processing, ensuring timely and accurate disbursement.
• Maintain financial records, ledgers, and journals in compliance with regulations.
• Implement and manage bookkeeping software and automation tools (e.g., Zoho Books, QuickBooks).
• Prepare financial reports, forecasts, and cash flow statements.
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations, labor laws, and international payroll norms.
• Coordinate with auditors, legal, and HR teams for financial governance and audit readiness.
• Support leadership in budgeting, expense control, and financial strategy.

• 3 to 15+ years of experience in accounting, payroll, or finance roles (startup or tech environment preferred).
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and payroll compliance.
• Proficiency with accounting and payroll tools (e.g., Zoho, Xero, QuickBooks).
• Experience managing finances across geographies (India/US preferred).
• High attention to detail and strong analytical mindset.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote-first team.
