Who are we looking for?

We are seeking a creative and data-driven Social Media Strategy Lead to own and execute our global social media presence. You’ll shape TruBot AI’s digital narrative, engage our community, and drive measurable growth through strategic, high-impact content.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute a cohesive, multi-platform social media strategy aligned with business goals.
Create and manage a content calendar with engaging, original, and on-brand social posts.
Grow our presence across LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, and emerging platforms.
Analyze and optimize performance based on KPIs including engagement, reach, and conversions.
Collaborate with design, product, and leadership teams to align campaigns with milestones.
Stay ahead of social trends, tools, and competitors to keep TruBot AI’s content relevant and innovative.
Engage directly with our community—respond to comments, messages, and brand mentions.
Implement tools and automation to streamline content creation and publishing.

Qualifications & Attributes

3 to 10+ years of experience in social media marketing or digital strategy, preferably in SaaS or tech startups.
Track record of growing brand engagement across multiple social platforms.
Excellent copywriting and visual storytelling skills tailored to diverse audiences.
Proficiency with tools like Buffer, Hootsuite, Sprout Social, and platform-native analytics.
Strategic mindset with creative flexibility and strong experimentation instincts.
Strong collaboration and communication skills across remote teams.
Passion for AI, startups, and building brand identity from the ground up.

Working Hours

Flexible, with at least 4 hours overlap between 8:30 AM – 1:30 PM EST (6:00 PM – 11:00 PM IST). We encourage asynchronous productivity with regular syncs.

Compensation

Equity-based or commission-based (until profitability); transitioning to a competitive salary based on industry standard.
