Who are we looking for?

As Lead Product Designer at TruBot AI, you will shape intuitive, visually compelling, and user-centric digital experiences. You'll take full ownership of design initiatives across web and mobile platforms, working closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to deliver exceptional AI-powered interfaces.

Responsibilities

Design wireframes, interactive prototypes, and polished UI for web and mobile applications.
Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitor analysis to guide design decisions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate product and business goals into seamless user experiences.
Establish and maintain design systems, style guides, and accessibility best practices.
Continuously iterate on design solutions based on user feedback, stakeholder input, and testing results.
Stay current on UX/UI trends, visual design principles, and emerging design tools.

Qualifications & Attributes

5+ years of experience in UX/UI, product design, or interaction design roles.
Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
Strong visual design and user-centered thinking with attention to detail.
Experience in responsive web and mobile-first design practices.
Background in conducting research, usability tests, and analyzing feedback.
Creative problem solver who thrives in fast-paced, dynamic environments.

Working Hours

Flexible, with at least 4 hours overlap between 8:30 AM – 1:30 PM EST (6:00 PM – 11:00 PM IST). We encourage asynchronous productivity with regular syncs.

Compensation

Equity-based or commission-based (until profitability); transitioning to a competitive salary based on industry standard.
