We’re looking for a Full Stack Developer Intern to support the development of scalable AI-powered solutions. This internship offers hands-on exposure to frontend, backend, and cloud technologies in a dynamic AI startup environment.

Responsibilities

Independently develop web applications using both front-end and back-end technologies for mobile and desktop platforms.
Collaborate with senior developers in software design, implementation, and testing.
Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to uphold code quality.
Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize applications to ensure top performance.
Continuously improve skills by exploring new technologies and development practices.

Qualifications & Attributes

Basic knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
Familiarity with back-end technologies such as Node.js, Python, or Java.
Strong problem-solving mindset, attention to detail, and eagerness to learn.
Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment with continuous improvement.

Working Hours

Flexible, with at least 4 hours overlap between 8:30 AM – 1:30 PM EST (6:00 PM – 11:00 PM IST). We encourage asynchronous productivity with regular syncs.

Compensation

Commission-based (until profitability); transitioning to a competitive salary based on industry standard.
