• Assist in the recruitment process, including sourcing candidates and scheduling interviews.
• Support onboarding processes and employee development programs.
• Help organize and execute employee engagement activities and team-building initiatives.
• Maintain HR records and assist in implementing HR policies and compliance procedures.
• Contribute to developing training materials and performance evaluation frameworks.
• Support employee relations by addressing queries and assisting with conflict resolution.

• Fresher or 1+ years of experience, preferably in a startup or tech environment.
• Basic understanding of recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement best practices.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to work cross-functionally.
• Familiarity with HR software (ATS, HRIS, performance management tools) is a plus.
• Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced, evolving startup culture.
• Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail.
