Who are we looking for?

As Head of Human Resources, you will be responsible for designing and executing our end-to-end HR strategy. From talent acquisition to employee well-being and organizational culture, you'll shape the foundation for an empowered, high-performing team.

Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition & Recruitment – Lead hiring strategies, define needs, and recruit top talent globally.
Employee Engagement & Culture – Foster a positive, inclusive work environment through team-building and well-being initiatives.
Onboarding & Employee Development – Build onboarding systems and long-term employee growth plans.
Performance Management – Implement and maintain evaluation frameworks aligned with business goals.
Compensation & Benefits – Define motivating, fair packages in line with industry standards.
HR Policies & Compliance – Establish and enforce ethical, legally compliant HR practices.
Training & Development – Identify upskilling opportunities and learning paths for employees.
Employee Relations – Act as the first point of contact for conflict resolution and workplace well-being.

Qualifications & Attributes

3 to 15+ years of HR experience, preferably in startups or tech environments.
Demonstrated expertise in recruitment, employee engagement, and organizational development.
Strong leadership with the ability to inspire and drive team performance.
Exceptional communication and influence across all levels of the organization.
Strategic thinker with hands-on experience aligning HR with business objectives.
Proficient in HR software (HRIS, ATS, performance tools).
Comfortable with ambiguity and startup-paced execution.

Working Hours

Flexible, with at least 4 hours overlap between 8:30 AM – 1:30 PM EST (6:00 PM – 11:00 PM IST). We encourage asynchronous productivity with regular syncs.

Compensation

Equity-based or commission-based (until profitability); transitioning to a competitive salary based on industry standard.
