Who are we looking for?

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Head of Fundraising to spearhead investment efforts and fuel TruBot AI’s financial growth. You will lead fundraising campaigns, strengthen investor relations, and guide the company through capital raises and strategic funding initiatives.

Working Hours

Flexible, with at least 4 hours overlap between 8:30 AM – 1:30 PM EST (6:00 PM – 11:00 PM IST)

Compensation

Equity-based or commission-based (until profitability); transitioning to a competitive salary.

Key Responsibilities

• Fundraising Strategy & Execution – Develop and implement a comprehensive fundraising roadmap.
• Investor Relations & Networking – Build and maintain strong relationships with VCs, angel investors, and financial institutions.
• Pitch Development & Presentations – Create compelling investment decks and deliver pitches that reflect TruBot AI’s growth story.
• Financial Forecasting & Planning – Collaborate with leadership on financial projections and funding targets.
• Funding Round Management – Lead funding rounds, ensuring due diligence readiness and execution.
• Market Insights & Trend Analysis – Identify opportunities based on industry trends and emerging investment dynamics.
• Company Valuation & Brand Positioning – Elevate investor perception and communicate our disruptive AI value proposition.

Qualifications & Attributes

• 3 to 15+ years of experience in fundraising, ideally in AI, SaaS, or tech startups.
• Proven success in raising capital from seed to Series A or beyond.
• Strong investor network and ability to initiate high-value conversations.
• Exceptional pitch crafting, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Entrepreneurial, hands-on approach with the agility to lead in early-stage environments.
• Strategic mindset with the ability to execute under evolving business needs.
• Preferred: Connections with angel investors, venture capitalists, or strategic AI/SaaS partners.
