QA Engineer (Manual + Automation)

• Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts for chatbot, voice, and AI agent applications.
• Perform manual testing across web, API, and mobile platforms to ensure functionality, usability, and performance.
• Build and maintain automation frameworks (Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, or equivalent) to increase coverage and efficiency.
• Collaborate closely with developers, ML engineers, and product teams to validate new features, edge cases, and integrations.
• Conduct API testing using tools like Postman or REST-assured, ensuring robust backend validation.
• Ensure scalability, reliability, and performance of systems through load, stress, and regression testing.
• Implement continuous testing in CI/CD pipelines for faster release cycles.
• Participate in code reviews, requirement analysis, and sprint planning with cross-functional teams.
• Contribute to QA processes, best practices, and documentation to improve quality standards.
• Support observability efforts by validating logs, monitoring alerts, and reporting issues effectively.

• 2 to 8+ years of experience in software testing (manual + automation).
• Strong understanding of QA methodologies, STLC/SDLC, and Agile testing practices.
• Hands-on experience with automation tools/frameworks such as Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, TestNG, JUnit, or PyTest.
• Experience in API testing (Postman, REST-assured, Swagger) and backend validation.
• Proficiency in at least one programming/scripting language (Python, Java, or JavaScript) for automation.
• Knowledge of databases (SQL, NoSQL) and ability to write queries for data validation.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerized environments (Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.
• Experience integrating test automation into CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab, GitHub Actions, etc.).
• Strong debugging, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• A detail-oriented mindset with passion for delivering high-quality products in fast-paced environments.
