• Design, develop, and optimize machine learning models for chatbots, voice bots, and intelligent automation.
• Fine-tune large language models (LLMs) and speech models for accuracy, performance, and speed.
• Build robust pipelines for data ingestion, preprocessing, training, evaluation, and deployment.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to integrate ML models into production systems.
• Conduct experiments and A/B tests to iterate and improve AI model performance.
• Monitor and maintain ML models in production, ensuring reliability and consistency.
• Research and apply the latest developments in NLP, generative AI and model compression.

• 2 to 10+ years of hands-on experience in machine learning or applied AI.
• Deep understanding of NLP, LLMs, deep learning, and generative AI techniques.
• Proficiency in Python and ML frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face).
• Experience deploying ML models in production using Docker, cloud platforms (AWS/GCP), or edge devices.
• Knowledge of MLOps practices and tools (e.g., MLflow, Airflow, DVC).
• Solid grasp of data structures, algorithms and mathematical foundations for ML.
• Strong collaboration skills and an eagerness to work in a fast-paced startup environment.
