    Who are we looking for?

    We are looking for a dynamic, results-driven Chief Sales Officer to lead our sales strategy, drive client acquisition, and spearhead revenue growth. Your ability to build strong relationships, generate awareness, and close high-impact deals will be key to our success.

    Responsibilities

    • Sales Strategy & Execution – Develop and implement go-to-market plans aligned with company goals.
    • Client Acquisition & Partnerships – Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers and partners.
    • Lead Generation & Deal Closure – Identify, qualify, and convert leads into long-term clients.
    • Market Research & Competitive Analysis – Stay updated on market trends, customer behavior, and industry insights.
    • Revenue Growth & Forecasting – Deliver sales targets, manage forecasting, and provide accurate revenue projections.
    • Brand Representation – Position TruBot AI as a thought leader in AI-powered business communication.

    Qualifications & Attributes

    • 3 to 15+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally within AI, SaaS, or tech industries.
    • Proven track record of negotiating and closing high-value deals.
    • Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong desire to scale early-stage ventures.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal relationship-building skills.
    • Strategic and execution-oriented, able to thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
    • Existing network in AI/SaaS (preferred but not mandatory).

    Working Hours

    Flexible, with at least 4 hours overlap between 8:30 AM – 1:30 PM EST (6:00 PM – 11:00 PM IST). We encourage asynchronous productivity with regular syncs.

    Compensation

    Equity-based or commission-based (until profitability); transitioning to a competitive salary based on industry standard.
