We're seeking a Finance Advisor to help steer our financial planning, capital strategy, and investor readiness. Your insights will be instrumental in shaping our path toward sustainable growth and funding success.

Responsibilities

Advise on financial strategy, modelling, and metrics.
Guide investor engagement and capital structuring.
Support compliance, governance, and risk management.
Evaluate fundraising opportunities and growth scenarios.
Help ensure readiness for future M&A or exit events.

Qualifications & Attributes

10–25+ years in financial leadership (CFO, VC, Investment Banking).
Strong grasp of startup financial frameworks and metrics.
Proven track record in SaaS/tech financing.
Familiarity with capital raising and exit strategies.
Insightful, strategic, and detail-oriented.

Working Hours

Flexible, with at least 4 hours overlap between 8:30 AM – 1:30 PM EST (6:00 PM – 11:00 PM IST). We encourage asynchronous productivity with regular syncs.

Compensation

Equity-based or commission-based (until profitability); transitioning to a competitive salary based on industry standard.
