Who are we looking for?

We’re seeking an experienced and innovative Artificial Intelligence Solution Architect to design and implement AI-powered solutions that align with business goals. Your role will be pivotal in translating complex requirements into robust architectures, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful, scalable systems.

Responsibilities

Design and architect AI-driven systems including chatbots, voice bots, NLP engines, and predictive models.
Collaborate with engineering, product, and data teams to deliver end-to-end AI solutions.
Prototype and build PoCs for new use cases and features.
Lead architecture reviews and ensure best practices in model deployment and system integration.
Ensure scalability, reliability, and security of production AI models and pipelines.
Evaluate and integrate third-party AI tools and frameworks as needed.
Advise on model lifecycle management, data governance, and responsible AI practices.
Support sales and customer-facing teams with technical insights and demos.

Qualifications & Attributes

5 to 15+ years of experience in software architecture or AI/ML solution design.
Deep knowledge of AI/ML concepts including NLP, computer vision, and deep learning.
Hands-on experience with frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Hugging Face.
Strong cloud deployment skills (e.g., AWS SageMaker, GCP Vertex AI, Azure ML).
Proficiency in Python and experience with MLOps pipelines.
Ability to explain complex AI concepts to non-technical audiences.
Proven leadership in deploying large-scale AI projects.
Passion for solving real-world problems with AI innovation.

Working Hours

Flexible, with at least 4 hours overlap between 8:30 AM – 1:30 PM EST (6:00 PM – 11:00 PM IST). We encourage asynchronous productivity with regular syncs.

Compensation

Equity-based or commission-based (until profitability); transitioning to a competitive salary based on industry standard.
